- Evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt.
Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by FactzGotMoss will be final.
Store Credit
FactzGotMoss store credit will be given when a monetary refund is unavailable or an exchange is preferred and is valid for a period of 6 months from the initial date of issue.
